Stunning redesign! The color, lighting and decor! Super clean!! The atmosphere is amazing and what’s even better was the food! The chicken piccata was so flavorful, perfect portions. The staff is super friendly and very attentive! I brought home my husbands left over pasta and my daughter who is 5 is now begging to go to the place with the delicious spaghetti!!!
This restaurant has consistently amazing Italian food and seafood. They also knock it out of the park with their daily specials. Service is always friendly and efficient. Don't forget to check out their wine list and really good selection of local craft beer on tap. There's a nice dining room or you can also eat at their bar. It's my favorite place to dine.
Main area was a bit dim but understand for the windows for lighting if in certain areas. Service was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, very upbeat and on top of things! Food was delicious, as always. Had a party of five tonight which included two children and three adults. Kiddos were very happy with their food as well as us. I personally gotten a house burger and was actually properly cooked! Many places seem to get medium is a challenge. Garlic bread was a smash for the kids! Overall would recommend to others visiting and will be returning when possible! Staff overall was amazing and from what I've seen, is very family oriented and caring to all those coming in! **Side note: I've come to learn they make their own in house pickles! Depending on what they have in stock. Tonight I received a spicy one and loved it!) 10/10 for me and family.
If you are in town and love Italian food, you must try out Massie's! The service was great and the food was delicious. I had the lasagna at 20 and my wife had the eggplant parm at 24. The portions are big and their sauce is incredible. The only problem, for me, was the meals didn't come with garlic bread or at least a small salad. Every add on is an extra charge. Overall, it was all worth the cost and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Highly recommended!
Can't wait to go back. (We've returned). This is on our Favorites list - it should be on yours too. We went on a busy night but only had a ten minute wait. We've sat in both the bar and dining areas and had excellent service. The menu was extensive and the homemade food was flavorful. The second time we made phone reservations. Smooth, plus they call you back to confirm. Now includes photos. If you don't at least give this a chance you are missing out Yummy!
I grew up eating here for special occasions as a kid, trying liver pate for the first time with my Grandpa & loving it! I went back with my family today, and it was just as wonderful as I remember! The chicken marsala special was incredible, and the service was amazing!
Massies has been around for over 50 years recently bought out probably three or four years ago they've totally redone the restaurant and both bars. Food taste just the same high-quality delicious you do have to pay for garlic bread now five bucks but well worth the price. This is such a nice place to go reasonably affordable. They have great draft beers as well as the standards. Staff is wonderful, food is incredible and portions are very large. Give it a shot. You will not be disappointed
